With concierge-level service and deep regulatory expertise ARC ensures projects stay on track and clients remain confident from start to finish.Position OverviewWere looking for a Project Manager Permit Expeditor to join our this role youll manage the permitting process for client projects ensuring timely approvals and compliance with local building codes. Youll collaborate with architects engineers and city officials to keep projects moving forward and deliver exceptional client service.What Youll DoReview and consolidate project documentation for accuracy before submission.Prepare and submit permit applications to local jurisdictions.Coordinate plan reviews and address comments with architects and engineers.Track permit status and proactively resolve delays.Meet with city officials to clarify compliance requirements and advocate for client projects.Maintain organized records of all active projects and approvals.Expedite project approvals and resolve potential bottlenecks.Develop a strong understanding of project drawings to facilitate approvals.What Youll BringRequired:High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred).Strong organizational skills ability to prioritize tasks and excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to perform efficiently in high-pressure environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Preferred:Experience in permitting construction or related field.Familiarity with building codes and zoning regulations.Work Environment & ScheduleThis position is based in Miami FL with a hybrid work schedule.Standard working hours: MondayFriday 8:30 AM5:00 PM.Travel requirements: Minimal local travel only.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $18.00 $25.00 / hour based on knowledge skills and experience.Comprehensive health dental and vision insurance and 401K plan with match.Paid time off: Holiday vacation sick time personal and birthday.Career development and growth opportunities.ARC Private Provider Services part of Milrose Consultants LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
