With more than 650+ professionals, MSG delivers integrated planning, design, engineering, and construction solutions nationwide.Join the Civil/Municipal team at The Mannik & Smith Group as a Project Manager Assistant (PMA) and play a key role in keeping our civil engineering projects organized, compliant, and financially on track.As part of the Civil/Municipal Engineering team, you’ll support Project Managers with administrative, operational, and project accounting tasks that keep complex civil/municipal projects moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support professional services teams through strong organization, financial tracking, and proactive communication.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate schedules, meetings, and day-to-day project communicationsServe as a central point of contact for project teams, clients, and internal stakeholdersTrack deadlines, deliverables, and milestones to support on-time project executionMaintain accurate project documentation, files, and recordsAssist with proposal assembly, contract coordination, and project correspondenceSupport compliance requirements and audit preparation as neededAssist Project Managers with internal coordination and workflow organizationHelp monitor project progress and keep teams aligned on prioritiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary civil/municipal project teamsAssist with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial trackingTrack project costs, allocations, and changes throughout the project lifecycleServe as the biller in the invoicing cycle and support billing coordinationSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBenefits401(k) w/ company matchHealth insurance w/ HSA option, Vision, Dental, LifeFlexible schedulePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementCatalytic Coaching - Employees draft a development plan aimed at improving contributions in their current job and increasing the potential for other opportunities.
