Project Manager–Engineering Location: Onsite–Otsego, MI (ideal: Kalamazoo / Portage / Grand Rapids) Commitment: Full-time | 6-month contract (potential to convert to hire) Candidate should be having 1 to 3 years of exp including Project Management. Manufacturing/Electronic Background Preferred Opportunity Overview: BioBridges is supporting a leading medical device component supplier seeking a Project Manager to drive key programs and initiatives from concept through implementation. The role focuses on managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute multiple low- to medium-complexity projects from planning to completion. Develop project plans, SOWs, financial forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project updates to leadership. Manage budgets, schedules, quality, and scope to meet business objectives. Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance. Mentor project team members and foster collaboration across departments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (PMP preferred). 1–2+ years of project management experience; manufacturing or EMS background a plus. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
