The Project Manager will oversee and manage the financial, budgeting, scheduling, and preconstruction aspects of the project. This role is based in Colorado Springs and offers a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful projects in the construction department. Client Details This company is a medium-sized organization operating within the commercial general contracting industry and specializes in ground up projects. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality results through effective project management and collaboration. Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates. Lead and manage teams to achieve project objectives successfully. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices within the commercial general contracting industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
