Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and addressing any potential delays or challenges. Oversee procurement of materials and resources to ensure timely availability. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain compliance with regulations and promote a safe work environment. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns as needed. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Profile A strong background in managing commercial construction projects within the construction industry.
