Job Details Role Snapshot Full PM ownership from precon handoff through closeout Direct client, architect, and subcontractor management Oversight of PM/APM/PE support staff Key Responsibilities Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting Lead subcontractor buyout, contracts, and change orders Drive schedule coordination with Superintendents Serve as primary point of contact for owners and design teams Ensure quality, safety, and profitability targets are met Ideal Background 6-12 years commercial construction experience (GC preferred) Proven track record managing projects end to end Procore experience strongly preferred Interested in hearing more?
