Project Manager Dynamics 365 at Gulf Coast Automation Group

Title: Project Manager - Dynamics 365Location: Remote USAType: Contract (6 months plus)Overview:Were seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) to lead CRM-related projects from inception through deployment and support. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions leveraging the D365 CE platform (Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service etc.).Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for D365 CE implementations upgrades or enhancements.Define scope timelines resources and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.Act as the primary liaison between client/business units and technical teams.Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions.Manage risks issues dependencies and change requests throughout the project.Coordinate development testing (SIT/UAT) training and go-live activities.Ensure project delivery aligns with best practices budget and timelines.Drive user adoption and support post-implementation transition. Required Skills & Experience:5 years of project management experience including at least 23 years focused on D365 CE this role requires strong D365 CE experience.Hands-on understanding of D365 CE modules (Sales Customer Service Field Service etc.).Experience with Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.Strong communication stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.Experience managing third-party vendors consultants or implementation partners. Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / Functional Consultant Associate).PMP CSM or equivalent project management certification.Familiarity with Power Platform Azure integrations or custom workflows. Compensation and EmploymentThe expected rate for this position is $70 -$90 depending on experience and qualifications.
