This role will lead end-to-end project execution for new equipment installations upgrades and tooling projects ensuring alignment with production requirements budget and timeline.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & ExecutionDevelop detailed project plans schedules and budgets for tooling and equipment projects.Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering operations maintenance and suppliers.Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.Procurement & Vendor ManagementSource and evaluate suppliers for tooling and industrial equipment.Negotiate contracts pricing and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.Manage vendor relationships and oversee compliance with specifications and quality standards.Installation & CommissioningOversee installation testing and commissioning of industrial equipment and tooling.Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements during installation.Validate equipment performance and handover to operations.Budget & ReportingTrack project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and management.Drive continuous improvement in project execution and cost efficiency.Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field.5 years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.Proven expertise in tooling and industrial equipment procurement and installation.Skills:Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment specifications.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project SAP or similar).Strong communication and leadership abilities.Preferred:PMP or equivalent project management certification.Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience qualifications and local market.Stefanini takes pride in hiring top talent and developing relationships with our future employees.
