Job Description

Job Title : Project Manager (Enterprise IT Strategy Gap Analysis Process Improvement 8 yrs) Location: Austin TX (Onsite- Local candidates) (Within 50-mile radius) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Mandatory Qualifications Strong ability to research gather assemble correlate and analyze information to identify issues develop solutions and prepare concise reports. Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems while prioritizing information and issues effectively. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering reports that identify gaps in technology and operational effectiveness. Skilled in managing multiple projects including large-scale implementations across enterprise environments. Proficient in managing project plans documenting risks issues and contingency plans and ensuring timely resolution and removal of project barriers. Strong skills in business process mapping identifying process improvements planning and facilitating meetings and group problem-solving sessions. Experience contributing to or developing statements of work project charters design documentation test plans risk assessments project budgets schedules work plans resource requirements and cost estimates. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders supported by excellent communication presentation and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Ability to summarize and escalate issues appropriately develop and present written and verbal weekly status updates and conduct regular project team meetings. Experience preparing written materials such as briefing documents administrative reports and PowerPoint presentations for diverse audiences including senior and executive leadership. Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of business needs system requirements operational gaps and process inefficiencies. Develop comprehensive project documents including charters work plans risk assessments budgets and reports. Manage and coordinate multiple projects ensuring effective communication issue resolution and progress tracking. Facilitate stakeholder meetings workshops and collaborative problem-solving sessions to gather input and refine solutions. Develop detailed reports and recommendations for process improvements technology enhancements and organizational efficiencies. Maintain strong relationships with business partners technical teams and leadership to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Prepare and present status updates progress reports and briefing materials to project teams and senior management.
