This role will also assist the Manager of Facilities in creating and managing quarterly preventive maintenance programs and follow up for stores.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure preventative maintenance programs are sustained for all applicable trades including GMC (general maintenance contractors) HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning) janitorial and pest control and other large- or small-scale maintenance projectsPartner with Real Estate and Store Operations on store construction projectsReview performance reporting by vendor/trade on response and resolution time determine SLA standards and create metrics/dashboards to evaluate efficacyPartner with Manager of Facilities to help set facilities budgets both elective and preventativeHelp implement and manage facilities process improvementsResolve escalated or emergency maintenance issues and coordinate issue resolutionPartner with Real Estate and lead Store Operations workstream on store construction projectsCommunicate and collaborate with field business leaders and cross functional partnersREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree or relevant work experience3 years of experiencePrevious project construction and/or facilities management experienceGeneral mechanical and HVAC knowledgeRFMP (Retail Facility Maintenance Professional) Certification preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to travel 20-25% of the time with weekend accessibilityExperience with Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and Google WorkspaceCRITICAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTESPolished professional and matureSelf-starter with strong organizational/multi-tasking skillsAbility to communicate and build relationships with both vendors and fieldResourceful and solution-orientedExperience with Service Channel a plusAbility to follow up and solve issues in a timely mannerClosingIf you would like to know more about the California Consumer Privacy Act clickhere.An equal opportunity employer PHOENIX does not discriminate in recruiting hiring or any other terms and conditions of employment hiring on the basis of any federal state or locally protected characteristic.
