Project Manager Facilities Maintenance & Management System (Part-Time Contract)Location: Lakewood COSchedule: 20 hours/week typically 45 hour days MondayFriday between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PMAnticipated Start: Week of January 5 2026Project Duration: Through June 2026Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation of a new Facilities Maintenance and Management System (FMMS) replacing existing asset lifecycle functionality. This part-time role will support the Director of Field Services and collaborate closely with internal business leads IT and the software vendors implementation team.Position OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee project health quality assurance scheduling risk management and stakeholder communication. This role includes coordination across multiple functional areas and ensuring all project activitiesbusiness process redesign configuration data conversion integrations testing training cutover and post-go-live supportare executed successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate project management meetings and cross-functional coordinationMaintain the project plan schedule risks and issues (RAID log)Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor resources and internal teamsTrack progress provide status updates and manage change controlSupport contract administration and monitor vendor deliverablesCoordinate process mapping configuration integrations testing and training activitiesPrepare for go-live and support transition into post-implementation stabilizationQualificationsBachelors degree preferred (experience may substitute)10 years of project management experience including complex technology implementationsExperience with SaaS deployments and business process improvementStrong understanding of IT systems integrations and operational workflowsExceptional communication organizational and stakeholder-management skillsExperience in public sector or K-12 environments preferredPreferred certifications: PMP CAPM CSM/PSM PMI-ACP Agile ITIL Lean Six SigmaSkills & AbilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to document and understand complex business processesCollaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail and strong project management disciplineAbility to work independently and escalate appropriatelyExperience presenting to senior leadershipAdditional DetailsPrimarily onsite role with occasional remote work (approval required)No supervisory responsibilitiesInvolves collaboration with multiple departments and technical teamsRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Construction Estimating,Construction Experience,PMBOK,Visio,Construction Management,Project Management,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Project Management Lifecycle,Contracts Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
