Description Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. Oversee procurement and manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes. Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues promptly. Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Profile A successful Project Manager - Healthcare should have: A strong understanding of healthcare construction processes and standards. Experience on healthcare projects ideally $10M+ Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. A commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
