Responsibilities: Assist with project execution from bidding and preconstruction through turnover Develop and maintain detailed schedules in Microsoft Project, tracking critical path and milestone dates Manage submittals, requests for information, permits, and change orders Coordinate with superintendents, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain alignment and progress Support budget tracking, procurement logs, and cost updates Participate in site walks, quality checks, and punch list resolution Maintain accurate project files, documentation, and reporting Qualifications: 3 to 10 years of commercial construction or development experience, healthcare exposure preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with budgeting, permitting, document control, and construction workflows Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, or similar construction management software Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Interested in hearing more?
