Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Healthcare Project Manager to their San Diego team! Responsibilities:Develop/coordinate internal budgets (prepare additional contracts agreements and service proposals)Manage project from start to finishManage client expectations and meet performance objectivesAssist with design process lead meetings and presentations throughout all phases of projectLead staff (provide direction supervision mentoring and leadership)Evaluate project requirementsNegotiate client agreement including fee and time scheduleComplete projects on schedule and within budget while exceeding client expectationsBuild/maintain client relationshipsReview/coordinate work of outside consultants (structural mechanical electrical and fire protection)Requirements:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Architecture Masters degree preferred6 years of experience in healthcare designExperience with Lean and Evidence-based design preferredRegistration/LicenseWorking knowledge of AutoCad 3D Max SketchUp Microsoft Office and other industry accepted design software tools Salary is commensurate with experience.Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
