The Project Manager applies established project methodologies and processes to manage scope resources timelines and budgets while driving alignment across technical teams business owners and stakeholders throughout the enterprise.Responsibilities:Project Planning & ExecutionLead the analysis initiation planning execution and closeout of Workday and other IS projects assigned by the Workday Manager and other IS leadersDevelop project charters work breakdown structures statements of work and scope baselinesDefine project objectives deliverables timelines and success metrics in collaboration with business ownersManage project resources schedules budgets and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-scope deliveryMonitor and control project changes proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issuesFacilitate decision-making and issue resolution escalating when appropriateEnsure alignment with enterprise project management standards tools and methodologiesStakeholder & Communication ManagementBuild strong relationships with internal teams business partners and vendors to ensure alignment and accountabilityManage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and change management strategiesCollaborate across functional areas (Finance HR Payroll IT Security etc.) to ensure coordinated execution and resource alignmentFacilitate effective meetings and working sessions clearly documenting and tracking decisions action items and deliverablesCommunicate project status risks and outcomes through concise summaries dashboards and executive-level presentationsPromote collaboration knowledge sharing and transparency within and across project teamsGovernance Reporting & Continuous ImprovementMaintain accurate up-to-date project documentation including charters risk and issue logs and change requestsTrack analyze and report on project progress trends and performance metrics to leadership and governance bodiesSupport Workday IS and other enterprise project governance processes through consistent adherence to reporting and documentation standardsIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement standardization and automation across project workflowsConduct data and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate project impact and efficiencyPartner with other managers to integrate project outcomes and drive operational efficiencies across teamsSupport the development and enhancement of Workday project management methodologies and templates in alignment with standards established by IS Portfolio Execution teamContribute and support in project reporting out to varying levels of governance committeesAdditional Job DescriptionRequired Educations/Skills/Work Experience:Bachelors degree in Business Management Healthcare Mathematics or a related field;
