Details:This role plays a key part in supporting both construction management and O&M activities on environmental remediation system installations helping ensure projects are delivered safely efficiently and in full compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. Details: What Youll Do:Construction Management:Support the Construction Manager with daily site operations and project coordinationDevelop and submit annual construction workplansMaintain accurate documentation including reports inspections and material trackingParticipate in project meetings and contribute to scheduling budgeting and progress updatesPrepare construction progress reports and assist with environmental monitoring and recordkeepingOperations and Maintenance (O&M):Support site operations while maintaining safety health and environmental complianceConduct inspections and implement health and safety plansManage work crews subcontractors and vendorsTrack project costs and manage purchase ordersEnsure quality assurance and quality control on all site work and deliverablesWhat Youll Bring:25 years of experience in civil construction or environmental projects (Level I: 23 years Level II: 35 years)Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and project specificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and project management software including PrimaveraBasic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus40-hour HAZWOPER and Cal-OSHA certifications preferred; training available if neededLevel I: $90000-$110000Level II: $120000-$140000Required Experience:IC Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Construction Estimating,Construction Experience,PMBOK,Visio,Construction Management,Project Management,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Project Management Lifecycle,Contracts Employment Type : Contract Department / Functional Area: Construction Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 120000 - 140000
