Job Title: Project Manager Location: Seattle WA Experience: 12 Years Employment Type: Contract About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can lead complex initiatives drive project success and partner closely with business and technical teams. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering projects on time within scope and within budget. You will be responsible for planning execution stakeholder management risk mitigation and ensuring transparent reporting across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management across multiple cross-functional teams. Work with stakeholders to define project scope requirements timelines and deliverables. Create and maintain detailed project plans schedules resource plans and status reports. Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning review and retrospective sessions (if Agile). Identify potential risks and issues early develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution. Manage project budgets forecasts procurement and vendor coordination. Communicate project status and progress to leadership and clients regularly. Ensure project documentation compliance governance and quality standards are followed. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across product engineering and business teams. Deliver customer-focused project outcomes and ensure smooth project closure and handoff. Required Skills & Experience 12 years of overall Project Management experience leading enterprise-level projects. Proven experience managing large-scale technology or business transformation programs. Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Expertise using project management tools such as Jira MS Project Confluence Trello or Asana. Demonstrated success managing budgets schedules vendor contracts and distributed teams. Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic and collaborative environment. Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills. PMP CSM or other relevant certifications are a plus. Nice-to-Have Experience working with cloud digital transformation or software development projects. Prior experience with clients in tech retail healthcare or financial domains. Experience managing remote and global project teams.
