For Project Manager:

Norfolk Multifamily, a division of The Norfolk Companies based in Massachusetts, continues to grow and we are seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to oversee all aspects of cabinetry and countertop projects across multi-family developments in the Orlando area. This dynamic role combines technical expertise with leadership, requiring someone who can manage subcontractors, coordinate logistics, and deliver exceptional results in both new construction and occupied unit environments. As Project Manager, you'll be the central point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams-ensuring every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Norfolk Multifamily is known to deliver.

Requirements:

For Project Manager:

  • 5+ years of project management or supervisory experience in cabinetry, countertops, or multi-family construction
  • Experience managing both new construction installations and occupied unit work (turnovers)
  • Strong knowledge of cabinetry and countertop components, installation processes, and layout/design standards
  • Ability to accurately measure job sites and create shop drawings
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written)
  • Proficiency with Buildertrend, point-of-sale systems, and MS Office Suite
  • Prior experience conducting field measurements and site assessments for installation planning
  • Able to produce detailed shop drawings for installation
  • Can read and interpret architectural drawings, installation plans, and site specifications
  • Experience creating material orders in our ERP system (BisTrack)
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure installation schedule is completed within scope of work.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to multitask across multiple active projects
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices based on project progress and scope compliance
  • Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and applicable building codes
  • Manages large projects and acts has primary contact for our customers, subcontractors and internal teams as it relates to installation
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel to job sites daily within the territory (regular overnight travel may be required)

Location & Travel

  • Primary Location: Orlando, Florida area
  • Able to travel weekly throughout Florida based on job location
  • Some overnight travel will be required
