We're looking for an experienced multifamily project manager to lead ground-up and renovation residential projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll be the central point of accountability - coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality communities on time and on budget.

Job Details
- 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily residential construction
- Track record managing projects of 50+ units from predevelopment through certificate of occupancy
- Strong understanding of construction documents, building codes, and permitting processes
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field - or equivalent work experience
