Role : Project Manager Location : Cupertino CA / Austin TX Mandatory Skills: iCertis CLM SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) Data query techniques APIs JIRA/ MS Project/Trello Skills Requirements: Proficiency in Project Management tools (JIRA MS Project Trello). Familiarity with iCertis CLM SAP BOBJ and data query techniques. Strong understanding of data connections and query execution. Ability to create functional specifications process flows and BRDs. Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance standards. Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs middleware) for enterprise systems. Ability to manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Work extensively with iCertis CLM system for contract creation approval workflows and compliance tracking. Ensure contract processes align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Understand data structures and reporting frameworks. Run queries using SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) or similar tools. Analyze data connections and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Gather analyze and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans. Write test scripts and coordinate testing activities with stakeholders. Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
