Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Delivery Services supporting various project initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expansive industrial experience, a positive attitude, and relevant work on the landlord side, which will align successfully within the organization.

Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and organizational standards.

Coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring their needs are met.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.

Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.

Proven track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
