Project Manager SeniorOM Group Inc. is hiring a Senior Task Order Project Manager a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall management and execution of our DoD contract. This position acts as the primary liaison with government stakeholders ensuring that all deliverables schedules and team coordination meet the highest standards of performance and compliance. The manager may also contribute directly to technical development efforts as needed.Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact with the Government for all contract mattersOversee contract performance deliverables schedules and stakeholder coordinationLead cross-functional technical teams and ensure alignment with DoD program management processesContribute as a member of the development team as neededEnsure effective communication planning and organizational practicesEmploy management tools and methodologies consistent with Program Management Professional (PMP) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Agile DevSecOps principles ensuring effective integration of project planning risk management and performance trackingRequirements:Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience with at least 5 years related to DoD Military or US Government projectsProven ability to lead cross-functional technical teamsStrong understanding of DoD program management processes and reporting requirementsEffective communication planning and organizational skillsProximity to the National Capital Region for occasional onsite workIAT Level II Certification (e.g. Security)Active Secret Security ClearanceContingent upon award; expected to begin in January 2026Compensation will be determined based on several factors including relevant experience education skills certifications and market conditions with an expected range of $145000 to $165000OM Group Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) committed to compliance with all applicable federal state and local employment laws.
