Key Responsibilities Define project scope objectives and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets. Lead cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering production supply chain) through project execution. Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies relevant to manufacturing operations. Ensure projects adhere to quality standards regulatory requirements and safety protocols. Manage project budgets track expenditures and report on financial performance. Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders and report status. Recommended Qualifications PMP certification or demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall). Proven understanding of manufacturing processes production lifecycles and supply chain management. Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering production quality supply chain) in a manufacturing setting. Strong ability to manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively in a production environment. Demonstrated experience in risk management specific to manufacturing projects (e.g. production delays quality control supplier issues).
