Reporting directly to the Sr. Program Manager you will play a key role in supporting sales initiatives and managing projects to ensure timely quality and safe delivery that aligns with both corporate and customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:- Support sales activities to help achieve revenue targets- Initiate coordinate and complete all project-specific activities efficiently- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met- Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project execution- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficienciesSkills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in project management within manufacturing or related industries- Strong understanding of mold manufacturing processes and industry standards- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Strong organizational and time management skills- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices- Proficiency in project management software and tools- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Business Administration or related field preferredAt PM Mold we foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that values growth safety and excellence.
