Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for manufacturing initiatives. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives schedules and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering production quality supply chain) to ensure project execution. Monitor project progress identify potential risks and roadblocks and implement corrective actions. Manage project budgets track expenditures and ensure cost-effective delivery of manufacturing projects. Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards safety regulations and manufacturing specifications. Communicate project status challenges and successes to stakeholders including senior management and production teams. Recommended Qualifications PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification. Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain and quality systems. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD). Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Experience with manufacturing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives. Direct experience implementing or managing projects within a major ERP system (e.g. SAP Oracle). International project management experience particularly with multi-site manufacturing operations.
