Competitive base salary $80,000-$120,000 + performance-based incentive compensation plan Direct P&L responsibility with opportunity to impact profitability and career growth Stable, full-time onsite role with Monday-Friday schedule in Madison, WI Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options Opportunity to leverage deep plumbing expertise in a specialized, high-demand field Collaborative team environment valuing technical knowledge and local market insight Job Details Job Details / Responsibilities: Develop complete, accurate estimates for plumbing construction projects of varying size and complexity Oversee assigned projects from initial bid preparation through final completion and closeout Manage all aspects of project execution including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts Carry direct profit-and-loss accountability for assigned projects Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for customers and the organization Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically managing medium to large scale commercial construction projects Strong technical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems, codes, design, and construction for commercial buildings Comprehensive familiarity with all aspects of construction including technology, equipment, methods, estimating, scheduling, and safety Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday from the office in Madison, WI (no remote or hybrid flexibility) Interested in hearing more?
