If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing the role please click Apply Now.In this role you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the mechanical plumbing and HVAC industry for commercial construction.Manage construction projects and generate accurate and timely construction documentation related to plumbingPerform cost analysis billings projections and monthly financialsGenerate estimates and change order requests utilizing labor factors estimating software and historical dataAbility to generate and review submittals Requests for Information (RFIs) closeouts project schedulingCommunicate as primary company representative in meetings with General Contractors Architects Engineers & ClientsRequirementBachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience 2-5 Years of experience in construction industry with Plumbing experienceFamiliarity with BIM modeling/coordination as it relates to constructability of plumbing systems Microsoft 360 Outlook Word Excel Teams Procore Sharepoint & BluebeamThe role is longer term and can be contract to possible direct hire or direct hire.Onsite South San Francisco CAPay range $90000 - $140000#VISRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Abinitio,Cobol,Environmental Consultancy,Facility Management,Insulation,Asic Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
