This role combines traditional project management expertise with client relationship management focusing on delivering client-specific solutions technology enablement projects and data remediation efforts. Youll be the trusted point of contact who ensures seamless project execution while maintaining strong client relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.What youll be doingClient Engagement & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary client point of contact for all project-related communications and escalationsConduct regular client meetings status updates and steering committee presentationsManage client expectations through clear communication of project scope timelines and deliverablesBuild and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levelsFacilitate client requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable project plansProject Delivery & ExecutionLead end-to-end management of client-specific projects including technology enablement and data remediation initiativesDevelop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones dependencies and resource allocationsCoordinate cross-functional teams including IT Operations Data Management and Business UnitsMonitor project progress and proactively address risks issues and scope changesEnsure projects are delivered on time within budget and meet quality standards as set forth by the PMOData Remediation & Technology EnablementOversee complex data remediation projects ensuring data integrity and compliance requirementsManage technology enablement initiatives that enhance client service delivery capabilitiesCollaborate with technical teams to implement system enhancements and integrationsEnsure proper testing validation and documentation of all technical deliverablesStakeholder Management & CommunicationProvide comprehensive project reporting to clients internal leadership and executive stakeholdersManage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as required for project successInterface with Business Unit Leaders and Finance teams for ROI analysis and cost managementEscalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining client confidenceThe ideal background for this role:Core Experience Requirements3 years of project management experience with experience in client-facing roles.Proven track record managing complex technology and data projects in financial servicesExperience with global fund administration or asset management operations preferredStrong background in data remediation system implementations and process improvement initiatives preferredStrong risk management skills with ability to anticipate and mitigate project risksExperience with change management and user adoption strategiesLeadership & CommunicationExceptional client relationship management skills with experience managing C-level stakeholdersStrong presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to influence without authority and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groupsMust demonstrate exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to manage difficult client situationsEducational & Professional QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Finance IT or related fieldPMP certification strongly preferredAdditional certifications in Agile Change Management or Data Management a plusTechnical & Industry KnowledgeExperience with financial data management reconciliation processes and data quality frameworks. preferredAbility to assess technical feasibility and provide realistic timelines for complex data projectsThe salary range for this position is $90000 - $120000 in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidates experience level.Work ArrangementAll applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule comprised of two (2) days a week in our New York or Denver office and three (3) days remotely.
