Stakeholder communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on progress issues and decisions. Resource management: Allocate resources effectively and manage workforce and resource allocation to maximize productivity. Performance and quality: Implement and maintain organizational standards for satisfaction quality and performance across the program.
