We are looking for a person who enjoys working in complex technical environments and who is creative and dedicated to be a part of our people-centric culture.How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:The successful candidate will be a utility player taking on projects of varying sizes to support programs and teams across the company.Manage independent projects or projects that roll up to a ProgramWork with internal and external stakeholders Identifying project goals budget and scopeDevelop a project schedule to meet the milestones and deliverables; planning and documenting project tasksEnsure deliverables are delivered on-timeEffectively communicating with stakeholdersIdentify eliminate mitigate and/or put contingency plans in place for all blockers and potential risksDocument a projects progress using various project management toolsMonitor the teams progress against budget goals and highlight risks and opportunities to the Program ManagerMinimum Qualifications:Accredited bachelors degree in a relevant disciplineExperience managing a project from Initiation through Closure using Program/Project Management best practicesExcellent organizational time management skills and commitment to objectives and responsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to manage initiatives of a technical financial marketing and general business natureAbility to work autonomouslyExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to remain positive and mitigate risk when course corrections are requiredMicrosoft 365/office Proficiency including SharePoint Outlook Calendar Word PowerPoint Excel etc.Working knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project Jira others)Above and Beyond Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification$80000 - $110000 a yearThe wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role.
