Locally owned and operated leading disaster cleanup and restoration company in business in Rhode Island for over 32 years is seeking someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations enjoys meeting new people has excellent communication skills and is a serious multi-tasker.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing mobile devices and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers teammates vendors and insurance representatives Manage production expenses including equipment vehicles and other material assetsAdditional Responsibilities:Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in recruiting hiring and training restoration teammatesPosition RequirementsValid drivers licenseAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of industry experienceIICRC certifications are preferred but not requiredSkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces (e.g. crawl spaces attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by employed by and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated Servpro Franchise.
