We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Software Implementation team to help us welcome and onboard new clientsSummary of Role & ResponsibilitiesAre you highly detail-oriented and known for not missing an email or a deadline Do you love learning new technology and teaching clients how to use it Are you a strong communicator and collaborator adept at managing multiple stakeholders If so this role may be a strong fit for you.The Project Manager plays a critical role in software implementations and is responsible for:Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans for each software implementation projectMonitoring and updating internal project management hubs (ex: Jira & Basecamp)Communicating with clients about project expectations timelines and upcoming deliverablesLearning the Vision CAMA solution and teaching it to clients during onsite & remote training sessionsCapturing detailed conversion feedback from clients and translating it for Business Analysts who will be completing the associated conversion workDriving project process improvements to enhance speed and qualityTracking project milestones and deliverables until successfully completeAn excellent candidate in this role:Has deep prior experience as a Project Manager ideally managing large complex projects such as ERP Payroll or Financial software implementationsHas prior experience in Database-driven implementationsIs comfortable utilizing SQL Server queryingIs comfortable learning & teaching new software productsIs a connector building bridges to other departments and staying in the loop on their activities as a means of reducing or removing barriers to project completionIs highly detail-orientedIs proactive in managing agendas updating stakeholders and documenting action itemsIs comfortable operating within an Agile processGenerates strong trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersHas a Bachelors degreeHas previous CAMA experienceIs interested in learning about Property Appraisal and the Vision software solutions in order to better understand client needs conduct successful trainings and interact with Data Architects and EngineersIf this sounds like you we look forward to meeting you!Compensation & Benefits Package: Vision offers health dental and vision plans as well as a 401(k)-matching program.
