Details:Stefanini Group is hiring!Stefanini is looking for a Project Manager in Richmond VA (Onsite)For quick apply please contact Atika Nagar; Ph: / W2 Only!Responsibilities:Analyzes project proposals to determine time frame funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projectsIdentifies and schedules project deliverables milestones and required activities and tasksProvides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confers with project staff to outline work planEstablishes work plan and staffing for project activities releases iterations or phases and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnelImplements project communication planPerforms risk assessment and implements mitigation plansMonitors project activities ensuring the currency quality and integrity of the information while providing consistency in content and look and feel across ITSEnsures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectivesAssigns duties responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnelDirects and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budgetCreates status reports and distributes them to stakeholdersEstablishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation ComplexityPlans leads organizes and motivates one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside of the project teams scopeWorks across departments in different locations and interacts with all levels of management and staff.Leads daily program execution including scope time and delivery criteriaChampion defined project and program management processes and best practices in the programLeads regular interactions with executive sponsor to inform alert negotiate and maintain a continuous working relationship and shared vision for the program outcomeEstablishes and ensures appropriate program governance functions in accordance with enterprise policies and practices on behalf of the executive sponsorDirects the creation and maintenance of required program documentation and artifactsDevelops and controls the program budget and manages expenditure within agreed spending plansEnsures and balances the availability of required skills and competencies across project teams within the programLeads reviews with executive sponsor and stakeholders to identify specific needs and addresses them appropriatelyLeads the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping communications and reportingActs as an advisor and builds and maintains relationships across the wider stakeholder communityMonitors and coordinates dependencies across projects in the program and resolves conflictsDirects or approves the establishment of framework / guidelines for the use of contractors and professional service providers and determines their use across the programSupports and facilitates agenda setting for program committee / board meetings ComplexityPlans leads organizes and motivates one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside of the project teams scopeInteracts with both business and IT individuals at all levels including executives.#LI-AN1#LI-ONSITE Details: Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experienceTypically requires 5 or more years of IT work experience including a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated competency in a project coordination role and three or more years of business unit (BU) or BU-facing experienceRequires experience with projects involving one or more technology or functional domainFamiliar with one or more project management methodologies and tools resource management practices and change management techniquesAbility to blend traditional project management principles and practices with an agile development approachPMI-ACP CSM or equivalent certification preferredStefanini takes pride in hiring top talent and developing relationships with our future employees.
