Project Manager Supplier Quality IntegrationCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Two experienced and highly motivated Level 4 Project Managers to lead and manage cross-functional integration efforts within Supplier Quality. One of the PMs will work closely with the 737 Program SQ Team onsite in Renton WA AND the other will work closely with the SQ BFE/Receiving Inspection SQ Team in Renton and Everett WA(split location).This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and deep expertise in supplier quality processes to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement across our supply chain.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex projects focused on integrating supplier quality processes systems and teams across multiple suppliers and internal stakeholdersDevelop and execute detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation to meet program objectives and milestonesCollaborate closely with Supplier Quality Engineering Procurement and Operations teams to drive alignment and resolve integration challengesFacilitate communication and coordination between suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are metIdentify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverablesTrack and report project status metrics and key performance indicators to senior leadershipDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality integration and overall supply chain performanceMentor and guide junior project managers and team members as neededAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environmentBasic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher5 years of project management experience for both small and large projects3 years of experience with any of the following: Project/Program Management Procurement Supplier Program Management Engineering Production Engineering and/or Supplier Quality3 years of experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliers5 years of experience in Supplier Quality processes3 years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods such as MS Projects Milestones Open Project Professional etc.Experience with Agile or LEAN methodologiesPreferred QualificationsPMP Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certificationExperience working in aerospace or manufacturing industriesFamiliarity with Boeing supplier quality requirements and systemsDemonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successful project deliveryDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
