Project Manager at Synerfac Technical Staffing

Responsibilities: Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet our quality, design, and process standards. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed and managing their expectations throughout the project and its life cycle. Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams to ensure deadlines are met. Oversee the submission of necessary documents to governmental agencies and present project proposals. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project objectives and strategies. Monitor project budgets and prepare contracts, change orders, and client invoices. Ensure all projects comply with company standards and participate in regular team meetings. Ensure value-based design is provided on each project.
