Core Responsibilities Execution & Leadership Execute the standard for policy adherence and enforce company protocols across teams. Implement Encore’s strategic priorities through disciplined project leadership. Client Relationship & Collaboration Manage contractor-facing client relationships to maximize engagement and business value. Build layered connections within customer organizations for deeper influence. Facilitate seamless collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Estimating, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Finance & Administration. Project Strategy & Operations Own the full project lifecycle—from schedule creation and milestone tracking to resource allocation and compliance. Proactively identify risks and implement corrective strategies before they impact delivery. Lead post-project audits to surface process improvements and resolve outstanding issues. Collaborate on or lead show drawing development and peer reviews. Oversee procurement and coordinate production and delivery to meet critical deadlines. Resolve conflict decisively and professionally, applying root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Qualifications 3+ years managing construction projects Associate’s degree or higher preferred PMP certification a plus Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver’s license
