If you are a Project Manager in Minneapolis that aligns with our values we would love for you to continue reading and apply.What You Will Do:Leadproject management and process design for new water treatment facilities lift stations review existing water/wastewater treatment facilities prepare reports for proposed equipment/systems upgrades and replacements and present your findings to clients and regulatory agenciesConduct business development and develop client relationships in the water/wastewater industryIndependently evaluate select and apply various treatment technologies equipment and processes to optimize performance or ensure compliance with environmental regulations and apply the results to water/wastewater treatment plant configurationsDevelop specifications and drawings such as process flow diagrams (PFDs) and process & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for senior drafting techniciansAssess impact of changing DOH EPA and MPCA regulations for specific client needsTravel to client and vendor locations for design reviews field verification of designs proposal presentations and business development activitiesWhat You Will Bring:Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental EngineeringMasters degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is preferred7 years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering in areas such as evaluating planning designing and constructing municipal and industrial water treatment facilities lift stations wastewater conveyance and water distribution systems.3 years of water or wastewater engineering project management experienceMinnesota PE license or the ability to obtain one within 6 monthsValid drivers license a clean driving recordExcellent organizational and communications skillsProven business development experienceExperience mentoring developing and mentoring staffTechnical Experience in:Water treatment process designWell and pump house designWater StoragePilot testingProcess modelingAdvanced oxidationAbility to work 40 hours a weekAbility to work in the posted locationWork is primarily performed in an office environment with standard office equipment occasional travel or field visits may be required to supportThe ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains associated with construction projectsWho We Are:WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in Transportation Community Planning Environmental Energy Municipal and Construction services.
