Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule and budget for manufacturing initiatives. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering production supply chain quality) to achieve project objectives. Monitor project progress identify deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Identify assess and mitigate risks associated with manufacturing projects such as supply chain disruptions or technical challenges. Ensure all project activities comply with quality standards safety regulations and industry-specific requirements. Manage communication and expectations with all project stakeholders from shop floor to executive leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through project execution. Recommended Qualifications Experience managing full lifecycle projects within a manufacturing environment (e.g. NPI capital expenditure process improvement). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production planning and supply chain management. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and PM software tools. Proven ability to manage project budgets schedules and cross-functional teams in a production setting. Familiarity with continuous improvement principles (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) applied to manufacturing operations. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency with ERP (e.g. SAP Oracle) or PLM systems relevant to manufacturing. Understanding of manufacturing automation robotics or advanced production technologies. Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems or other industry-specific quality standards.
