Project Manager, Workplace Experience (Based in San Francisco)
The Workplace Experience (WE) team shapes how employees connect to Gap Inc. through our spaces, services, and shared experiences. From our headquarters and hub locations to distribution centers, WE brings together facilities, food, travel, events, and workplace strategy to deliver a seamless and inspiring employee experience. The Workplace Experience Project Manager will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution across this diverse portfolio. This role will work directly with the Head of Workplace Experience and the WE Leadership Team (WELT) to drive alignment, streamline decision-making, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. The role requires a strong ability to manage complexity, connect cross-functional workstreams, and translate vision into disciplined execution. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong project management expertise, and a bias toward action; someone who can operate at both a high level and in the details to help scale and evolve the workplace experience at Gap Inc.
Salary Range: $136,700.00 - $177,700.00 Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
