We provide:Comprehensive health benefits that start day 1Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Reimbursement ProgramsFamily-focused benefits Wellness incentivesOngoing mentorship development and leadership programs And moreWork Location: Atlanta GADescriptionThe Supply Chain Project Manager will report to the Sr. Project Manager and plays a pivotal role as a central resource in supporting supply chain initiatives across the healthcare organizationThe Project Manager is responsible for working with the Sr. Project Manager to plan execute and monitor supply chain projects ensuring alignment with business goals and collaborating with teams across the supply chain organization to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve performanceThe Project Manager will support operational enhancement efforts across the healthcare system and apply lean principles to eliminate waste and drive standardizationThe Project Manager will be a key team member for the selection and implementation of a supply chain management systemThe Project Manager will be assigned projects that require evaluation of end-to-end supply chain processes with the goal of improving supply chain performance targets and overall experience for clinicians that engage with supply chainThe Project Manager will actively engage in assisting and managing supply chain disruptions as directed by the Sr. Project Manager and will be an additional resource for assignments with urgencyDefining project scope objectives deliverables and timelinesCollaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement materials management clinical partners A/P operations/systems and finance to ensure project successFacilitating communication and alignment among project stakeholdersProposes evaluates and implements business process re-engineering with the goal of improving efficiencies and service throughout the supply chainAnalyzing data and tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)Ensuring projects comply with healthcare regulations standards and best practicesSupporting efforts to develop long range project plan for supply chainDriving continuous improvement initiatives related to project management and supply chain processesSupports efforts in preparing and providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership on project status milestones and outcomesMaintaining thorough documentation of project plans timelines budgets and outcomesCreates documents outlining process and procedures for newly adopted processes and procedures and revises documents as necessary for existing processes and proceduresPerforms other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in accounting computer science business or a related fieldExperience with project planning concepts and processes or related experience or a masters degree with 3 years previous project planning or related experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (including Project) Smartsheet and AutoCADExperienced with building workflow diagrams.
