Responsibilities
Self -directed ownership and bidding on project jobs.
Manage and provide written quotations or estimates of prices, terms and delivery for standard, complex or non-standard merchandise.
Negotiate jobs, prepare and send submittals.
Responds to requests from customers and salespersons on matters pertaining to the application and operation of various projects throughout a region and satisfactorily address.
Assists with the planning and presentation of training programs and other professional growth opportunities for customers and salespersons in the planning, installation, and operations of various projects.
Complete write up and send final release of job to project management
Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly.
Prepares correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions.
Qualifications
Prefer Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) and/or two to four years' equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have experience as a contractor inside salesperson or management of lighting projects and/or electrical distribution and control projects desired.
PC literate with knowledge of MS Office , strong excel knowledge
Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills.
