This includes engineering teams distributors and more than 100 qualified construction crews with extensive experience across all ISP types and markets; over 300 experienced bury drop crews; and more than 700 professional technicians.We are seeking a Project Supervisor to join our team in Little Rock AR. In this role you will oversee the day to day & overall project timelines by routing work daily to field crews based on locates and due dates and managing resources in the field to meet individual job complications.Why TAKFull TimePaid WeeklyCompensation: $60k - 70k annually DOECompany provided vehicle phone and equipmentFull Benefits Package (Medical Dental & Vision)Paid Time Off401(k) with Company Match!25K Company Paid Life InsuranceIndependent Work & Team CollaborationCareer Development & Advancement Opportunities!The RoleEnsure safe work practices are implemented and followed across all team membersOversee the day to day & overall project timelinesWork within required timelines to ensure deadlines are met maintain strict timelines on individual job completionsRoute work daily to field crews based on locates and due datesManage resources in the field to meet individual job complicationsMaintain materials inventory and proper record keepingComplete material orders as neededIssue materials to field crews as necessaryManage damage claim process; communicate with customer/homeowner/crews complete damage claim investigations ensure proper damage claim resolution and maintain damage claim recordsCompletes site surveys; verifying paths locates and equipment neededTrain coach and lead new and existing team membersDeliver high-quality workmanship in accordance to project specificationsRequirements3 years of industry experience with a proven track record as a project and people leader requiredAbility to provide mentoring and direction to assigned teams and/or departments Create measurable standards of individual and team performance to ensure maintenance of established goalsAdheres to all OSHA safety regulations and guidelinesMaintains required safety certificationsDemonstrates proficiency with industry-specific tools and equipmentAbility to safely operate a vehicle while pulling a trailerParticipates in safety meetings and initiativesMaintains compliance with industry regulationsComplies with ladder safety requirements (275-pound maximum weight limit)*Safety accommodations may be considered based on demonstrated experience in similar roles*Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds as neededAbility to complete work outdoors in tight spaces and elevated by bending reaching twisting climbing and working while standing up to 70% of the timeAbility to carry climb operate and work upon an extension ladder (approximately 28 feet high and 75 points)Utilizes appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Follows proper safety protocols for handling hazardous materialsSafely navigates varied terrain while managing equipment and tools efficientlyFunctions effectively in environments with moderate to high noise levelsSafely operates around mechanical equipment electrical systems and power infrastructureAbility to work in an outdoor environment in all seasons and weather conditionsAbility to work outside of business hours when needed including overtime holidays evenings and weekendsWillingness to work in a wide variety of conditions including indoors outdoors ladders/heights small spaces assorted weather conditions etc.Overnight travel as required for this positionMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves drivingPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
