Be part of the team that produces quality products for a multitude of customers.Main ResponsibilitiesAbility to perform changeovers on presses including all die workPerform general maintenance on all production equipment including presses sealer scrap system and air systemAbility to adjust major pieces of production equipment to remedy nonconforming items as deemed necessary by the QC department or shift supervisorPerform the modification of major pieces of production equipment to improve quality increase safety or decrease downtime as deemed necessary by ManagementPerform preventative and general maintenance checks on production equipmentPerformance of weekly compressor checksPerform all duties in a safe mannerQualifications To be successful in this challenging and diverse role you need to be a true team-player driven by delivering a high level of service. You are thorough possess a high level of integrity and constantly aim for improvements. The preferred educational background is a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience with a manufacturing facility is highly beneficial.What you will do 1. Follow production safety rules. Work according to existing Procedures/ Standards2. Receive and sort Spare Parts Consumables/ Supplies as per SOP and 5S standards3. Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance4. Maintain MDM request. Base on Requests update Equipment tree in SAP5. Works according to existing procedures/ Standards and Maintenance process:6. Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring a rapid response and that plant equipment and machine breakdown time is minimised7. Participate as a member in Maintenance Impr teamsWe believe you have Fresh Technical formation or Diploma in Engineering/ Maintenance or 2-3 years experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts.
