Position: Project/Program Manager II (Public Relations Manager) Location: Seattle WA 98121 Duration: 7 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Job Description: The Client is seeking a results-driven PR specialist to join the Fire TV PR team. This role is central to our communications strategy and will focus on showing press and influencers how Fire TV helps customers find what they want to watch fast-through our best-in-class search extensive content selection and Alexa integration. Youll work directly with product teams to identify compelling stories worth telling and find the right channels to tell them on even if that means experimenting with new approaches. The ideal candidate can translate product features into customer benefits that resonate has a proven record of securing coverage that drives results and is excited to work with a team thats transforming entertainment. Key job responsibilities Lead PR strategy for feature launches across the Fire TV portfolio. Story tell about the value of new features through earned owned paid and social channels. Collaborate with product marketing and engineering teams to identify and highlight the most newsworthy aspects of our features. Design and implement creative always-on PR campaigns that raise awareness of Fire TV amongst target customers. Develop a cadence of strategic media opportunities to maintain Fire TVs presence in relevant conversations. Internal description Basic qualifications 5 years of recent professional communications or public relations experience Bachelors degree Strong media relations skills with a track record of securing positive coverage- PR can point to client x and contractor works with reporters that got hired in news channels. Be able to do outlook word.
