In this role youll oversee residential commercial and mixed-use properties to ensure they are well-maintained financially successful and compliant with regulations. Youll be the primary contact for tenants vendors and property owners maintaining a balance between operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.Youll excel in this role if you are comfortable managing budgets enforcing lease terms and coordinating maintenance. If youre looking to join a team where your skills will help maximize property performance and value we invite you to apply today.Highlights of your roleOversee administration and operations for commercial and residential properties in Warroad MN.Maintain strong proactive relationships with property owners and lessees.Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and manage lease agreements.Investigate and resolve property concerns promptly.Develop and implement preventative maintenance policies and inspect properties for upkeep.Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for services such as landscaping security and maintenance.Manage budgets and property personnel including contractors and subcontractors.Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or commercial property management.Demonstrable management and leadership skills.Experience with budgeting and financial account management.Proficiency in property management software and general computer literacy.Also want to make sure you haveAbility to negotiate effectively and handle challenging conversations with professionalism.Basic working knowledge of plumbing painting carpentry electrical and general repair.Strong organizational time management and communication skills.We invite you to See Yourself at MarvinFrom people to products Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
