If you are passionate about making a difference in peoples lives and thriving in a fast-paced environment wed like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesAdvertise vacant propertiesShow properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenitiesHold open housesQualify prospective tenants using background checks and referencesAccept rental payments and provide receiptsRespond to tenant inquiriesMaintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trendsNegotiate leasing terms and close dealsInspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairsProvide administrative support and other duties as assignedFollow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines local laws and company policiesQualificationsProven working experience in property managementHigh school diploma/GED requiredReal Estate License preferredDeep understanding of real estate law and leasing practicesUp-to-date on the local real estate marketExcellent communication negotiation and sales skillsExperience with property management software preferredSpanish speaking preferred Compensation: $20.00 per hour Welcome to Arroyo Del Oso Property Management!
