Your goal is to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals to ensure the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures Fair Housing Americans with Disabilities Act Fair Credit Reporting Act and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.Qualifications2 years of experience in affordable property managementAbility to respond to after-hours emergenciesProven 2 years with Microsoft OfficeValid drivers licensePersonal Smart Phone technology requiredPreferred Qualifications3 years of experience in property managementOnesite experience a plusProven 3 years with Microsoft OfficeProven 2 years of sales/marketing experienceBilingual Spanish preferredCompensation* $60000-$65000*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.To be hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
