Property Site Caretaker at Accessible Space
Job Description
We are looking for a Part-time Property Caretaker / maintenance person for our apartment building in Rochester, MN.!
Caretaker unit available rent free
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
- Do all duties related to unit turnovers
- Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
- Implement required unit and building inspections
- Perform routine errands
- Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
Qualifications:
- One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communicate orally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
- Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
