This role Serves as Estimating and Cost Volume lead/support on a broad range of proposals for Missile Defense Programs. Provides guidance to the proposal team from analyzing the Request for Proposals (RFP), to organizing the cost volume, through color team and required management reviews. Candidate will develop, plan, and schedule proposal activities in coordination with proposal acquisition managers and Contracts. Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of a proposal in accordance with RFP specifications, TINA, FAR, DFAR, and company policies and procedures. Will analyze and compile historical data, build cost models, and assist in the development of cost estimates to support quick turn pricing exercises. Participates in fact-finding meetings and pricing reviews with management and the customer. Member of the contract negotiating team.

Experience in the aerospace/defense industry. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline. Advanced Excel skills. Negotiation Experience. Knowledge of the proposal process and BOEs. Current Secret or Top Secret clearance. 3+ years of related experience
