Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Protocol Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of protocol-related products or services developing new client relationships and supporting existing customers through the sales lifecycle. This role requires strong communication skills a proactive approach to business development and the ability to understand and present technical solutions to diverse clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify pursue and develop new business opportunities related to protocol solutions or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients acting as a trusted advisor on protocol products. Conduct sales presentations product demonstrations and respond to client inquiries. Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Prepare and deliver proposals negotiate terms and close sales agreements. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline and client communications using CRM software. Stay informed of industry trends competitive products and market conditions relevant to protocol solutions. Support marketing initiatives attend industry events and participate in training opportunities to increase product knowledge. Provide regular feedback to management on market insights customer needs and product enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field or equivalent professional experience. 2 years of experience in sales business development or a client-facing role. Strong understanding of protocol solutions technology sales or related fields preferred. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills. Proven ability to build rapport with clients and deliver high-quality customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US. Compensation and Benefits: Annual Salary: $60000 - $80000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
